Privacy notice

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, company, role, and description of the problem that you choose to give us. Nothing on this site is required beyond a name, an email address, and a description.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or session recording on this site.

To reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes an engagement, to administer the contract. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own use.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for seven years where tax and professional-liability obligations require it, then deleted.

During an engagement we may be granted access to your systems, repositories, and data. That access is governed by the engagement contract and any data-processing agreement attached to it, not by this notice. We work in your accounts and your repositories by default, and we return or destroy credentials at the end of the engagement.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within thirty days.
