The problem
Certification and accreditation bodies run a process that is unforgiving about evidence: every application, every assessor decision, every issued certificate has to be traceable years later. Most of it is still handled across spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and folders of scanned PDFs, where a missing attachment or an unlogged status change is discovered during an audit rather than before one.
What we did
AMS models the whole lifecycle as one multi-tenant system. Tenants are provisioned by invitation rather than public sign-up: an administrator is created inactive, receives a one-time token that is stored only as a hash, and the company stays pending until that person proves they hold the inbox and sets their own password. Roles and permissions are enforced server-side, and every action writes an audit record. Assessors get a dedicated workspace for their assigned assessments. Certificates and invoices are rendered server-side to PDF, and anything slow — document processing, notifications, scheduled jobs — runs on a background queue so the interface never waits on it.
What you get
The platform is live at ams.codeaex.com, carrying companies, applications, assessments, assessor workspaces, certificates, invoicing, document storage, in-app messaging and audit logging in one place. It is the system we point at when a client asks whether we have built something real: it is ours, it is in production, and we run it.
