The problem
Clinics, schools, salons, restaurants and online stores lose customers in the gap between a question and a reply. The same twenty questions arrive all day, mostly after hours, and every unanswered message is a lead that went to a competitor. Off-the-shelf chatbots either answer from nothing or need a developer to set up for every new business.
What we did
ChatDesk is multi-tenant from the start: each business gets its own login, its own bots, and sees only its own chats and leads. A bot learns from notes, PDF and Word files, and imported websites. Every reply goes through one engine that checks the plan, retrieves the relevant knowledge, calls the AI, and records the conversation, leads and token usage. Bots reply in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu, collect names, numbers, bookings and orders mid-conversation, and flag chats that need a person. Monthly plans with reply limits are enforced before any AI call is made, so a paused or over-limit bot never costs money.
